We have an absolute focus on delivering for our customers.
There are a number of things we do to keep this focus consistent.
- We don't provide implementation resources for projects that we manage. We believe this creates a conflict of interests. We have no vested interests in maintaining revenues from our customers projects - if resources aren't required, or aren't delivering, or are better able to deliver in a different configuration, we are entirely impartial and that's what we recommend. We believe this separation of Project Management and Project Delivery allow us to be entirely committed to our customers' objectives rather than any internal objectives we might have. And we believe that's the way it should be.
- We open ourselves to external audits from our customers. Feel free to audit what we do so you can be confident of the quality for yourself. Last year 2 customers did exactly that. We passed both times.
- We survey our customers to allow them to provide anonymous feedback about our services. This ensures we constantly monitor and tweak our delivery to make sure it's always of the quality required by our customers.
- We are energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about what we deliver. This culture permeates the project teams that we manage. Enthusiasm and passion can make an awful lot of difference to the quality of a projects outcome.
