Quality

Quality is always a concern when you're hiring external providers to deliver a service for you. We understand this. That's why we treat quality incredibly seriously in Acando.

- We have a Global Quality Manager, François, who performs periodic internal audits of our deliverables to ensure the quality is top notch.
- We were the first company in the UK to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification.  We are independently audited every year to ensure our deliverables still adhere to the strict guidelines set out in this quality standard.
- We have our own internal Project Management Process for those customers who don't have a formal methodology that they would like us to follow. Having a process makes sure quality is built in to all projects we manage. For customers who use a methodology already (e.g. PRINCE2, ISPDM), we have certified consultants who use those standards already.
- Our consultants are certified in Project Management methodologies (e.g Prince2).
- We open ourselves to external audits from our customers.  Feel free to audit what we do so you can be confident of the quality for yourself.  Last year 2 customers did exactly that.  We passed both times.
- We survey our customers to allow them to provide anonymous feedback about our services. This ensures we constantly monitor and tweak our delivery to make sure it is always of the quality required by our customers.
