Acando sponsor local dance school

Acando’s image “Passion for improvements” has really come to its right in Acando UK. We are now the proud sponsor of a local Cheshire dance school, sponsoring the dance school Dancebasics with tracksuit tops to allow the local hopeful upcoming Strictly Come Dancing dancers to represent themselves as one team, a Dancebasics come Acando team.

Since its formation in 2000, Dancebasics has become one of Cheshire's leading dance schools, teaching Ballroom and Latin American dancing from complete beginner to professional. Mark and Shannah, the owners, have been dancing together since 1993 during which time they retired as undefeated National University Champions, were European and World representatives for Wales and Champions at International Level. They were fortunate to compete throughout Europe representing the U.K. and travel as far as Japan representing their country.

Dancebasics has a strong team of dancers in the juvenile (under 12), junior (under 16) and adult grades that represent the school nationally up to 6 times a year, culminating with the grand finals at The Empress Ballroom at the Wintergardens in Blackpool.  The sponsorship will allow the competitors to have tracksuit tops with the school logo, and of course the Acando logo. It provides Acando a link with a local dance school, capitalising on the popularity of Ballroom & Latin show, Strictly Come Dancing
