Acando has over 1,100 employees in Europe. Carl-Magnus Månsson is Managing Director and CEO of Acando AB. The Swedish operations are divided into the business areas: Management Consulting, Business Intelligence, Strategic IT, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics & Infor LN, IT Solutions West and IT Solutions East with a total of 750 employees. Gunilla Bjerre and Christer Norrman are managing the Swedish operation and Anders Jönsson is Sales Manager.
In Sweden there are offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Linköping, Västerås, Ludvika and Borlänge.
The German operations include offices in Hamburg, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Michael Mörchen is in charge of the business area Germany.
In Finland Acando employs SAP consultants together with a recently established systems development operation, where the development resources are Baltic consultants. The Finnish operations are led by Ferhat Kaya.
Acando has also offices in Denmark managed by Anders Engdal, in the UK managed by Phil Jacklin, and Norway managed by Aasmund Fröseth.
Management
The Group Management Team meets once every month during the second quarter and bi-monthly during third and fourth quarter.
All business areas report directly to the Group Management Team. This results in a flat, broad management structure. Within the Group Management Team, everyone is responsible for the leadership in the business areas but the main responsibility for each business area is assigned to the different individuals.
